Our Approach to Confident, Happy Kids Starts Here

a

Care That Follows Their Lead

We create a unique care plan for every child — no cookie-cutter routines. Through hands-on, play-based learning and observation, we follow your child’s natural interests and patterns.
Because children learn by doing — and by watching the world around them.

a

Clear Routines That Build Confidence

Children feel more secure when they know what’s coming next — but that doesn’t mean every day has to be the same. Our care follows a gentle rhythm that gives children structure while making room for spontaneity, creativity, and emotional cues. Eat. Sleep. Play. Repeat — with structure and room to grow.

a

A Space to Be Fully Themselves

The best learning happens when children feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves. We nurture not just happy kids, but healthy, confident ones — mentally, emotionally, and physically. Because children shine brightest when they feel free to be who they are.

We specialize in infants through early elementary-aged children (0–10). Our approach is particularly suited to toddlers and preschoolers needing structure, routine, and gentle enrichment.

Absolutely. Our flexible care model is designed for families who don’t need full-time nanny support. You can book care for one day, one evening, or recurring sessions—as long as availability allows.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability but are not guaranteed.

Yes. All services require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be applied to a future session.

Please give as much notice as possible if your plans change. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule when possible.

All services are prepaid through our secure online booking system. We accept major credit cards and provide automated receipts for your records.

No. For the health and safety of all families, we only provide care for healthy, symptom-free children. If your child has had a fever, vomiting, or contagious symptoms within the last 48 hours, we ask that you reschedule.
We’re happy to support your child’s wellness when appropriate, but we do not administer prescription or over-the-counter medications without a signed caregiver authorization form.
If your child needs medication during their care session—such as antibiotics, allergy medicine, or other approved treatments—we ask that:
  • You provide the medication in its original labeled container
  • A written dosage and schedule is clearly noted
  • You complete and sign our Medication Authorization Form before care begins

Please note: We do not administer fever-reducing medications (such as Tylenol or Motrin) for the purpose of allowing a sick child to remain in care. If your child has had a fever within the past 48 hours, we kindly ask that you reschedule.

Our top priority is providing safe, healthy, and high-quality care for every child. If you have questions about a specific medication or situation, feel free to contact us before your session.

If your child begins to show signs of illness during a scheduled session—such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or other concerning symptoms—we will notify you immediately.

In these cases:

  • We will pause all activities and ensure your child is kept comfortable and safe while you are contacted
  • You (or your designated emergency contact) will be asked to return home as soon as possible
  • If symptoms are significant or contagious in nature, we may need to end the session early
  • In line with our policy, no refunds will be issued for shortened sessions due to illness
  • We kindly ask that care be paused until your child has been symptom-free for at least 48 hours

Our goal is always to provide calm, supportive care—but we take health precautions seriously to protect your child, your home, and all the families we serve.

If your child appears unwell at the time of arrival—showing signs such as fever, persistent coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, unexplained rashes, or eye discharge—care will not be provided that day.

Our caregiver is required to defer care and notify you immediately if your child is showing symptoms of illness. In these cases:

  • The session will be canceled on-site
  • No refund will be issued for missed or shortened sessions due to illness
  • We’ll provide a note detailing what was observed and recommend rescheduling once your child has been symptom-free for at least 48 hours
  •

We understand that unexpected illness happens, and we truly appreciate your help in keeping all families we serve safe and healthy.

For the health and safety of all families, we do not provide care for children who are sick or showing signs of illness. If your child has experienced any of the following within the past 48 hours, we ask that you reschedule:

  • Fever of 100.4°F or higher
  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • Persistent coughing, chest congestion, with runny nose (especially if green/yellow).
  • Unexplained rash or skin irritation
  • Red or goopy eyes (potential conjunctivitis)
  • Symptoms of flu, COVID-19, RSV, or similar viruses
  • Any condition that would prevent them from comfortably participating in interactive care
  •

We know how tough it can be when plans change, but keeping everyone healthy is a shared priority. If you’re unsure whether your child’s symptoms qualify, please feel free to reach out before your appointment.
